Chef Craig Harding
SPECIALTY: CLASSIC ITALIAN, MEDITERRANEAN & EUROPEAN CUISINE
Chances are you've eaten Chef Craig Harding's food. He was owner and executive chef of Toronto’s renowned Italian restaurant Campagnolo, and current Dundas West hot spot La Palma. His latest outpost, Constantine, inside Toronto's chic boutique hotel The Anndore House, pays an homage to the diverse cuisine of distinct regions found in the Mediterranean.
Chef Craig's talents aren't limited to back of house, he's also a star in front of the camera, appearing on Food Network's Chef In Your Ear, and TLN’s Chef’s Bar. His love for food & travel can also be seen on TLN’s Opening Spain, where he and fellow chef Rob Rossi ventured to distant and remote locations throughout Spain to find the most authentic food possible.
He’s made cooking his life’s work, and he’s hungry to show you his trade secrets.
Chef Miriam Echeverria
SPECIALTY: MODERN ITALIAN, FRENCH, PLANT-BASED & MEXICAN CUISINE
Miriam Echeverría was born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico and moved to Canada in 2008 where she swiftly made her entrance into the Toronto culinary scene. As former chef de cuisine at Yorkville’s Italian restaurant L’Unità Enoteca, Miriam was named one of the 16 best female chefs in the city and “One of the reasons to love Toronto” by Toronto Life magazine. Until recently she was Head Chef of Greta Solomon, a French restaurant in Leslieville, however her passion for plant-based cooking is what she now focuses on when she’s creating dishes with The Five Dinner group, of which she is one of the founders.
She loves to express herself through flavour, but also textures and colours on the plate. She can’t wait to share her love of food with you!
Chef Nick auf de Mauer
SPECIALTY: STEAKHOUSE, AMERICAN ITALIAN, MEDITERRANEAN, GLOBAL CUISINE
Living most of his life in downtown Toronto, Nick has always been influenced by the city’s diverse culinary offerings. Furthermore, it could be said that Nick has been a piece of the puzzle that has helped shape the culinary scene of what we see today. With over 20 years of experience working in places such as Canoe, Auberge Du Pommier, The Drake Hotel and many more, Nick would continue on to start Porchetta & Co. in 2010 where he created the city’s first hands-on Chef driven fast casual concept. Even though Nick is no longer involved in the day-to-day operations of the company he remains a proud owner of the brand he created.
His cooking style is simple: take high-quality ingredients, treat them with love, respect, and let them speak for themselves through traditional and focused cooking techniques.
Chef Ciaran Derry
SPECIALTY: GLOBAL FINE DINING; HOMESTYLE IRISH COOKING
Ciaran began his chef journey in Butchery and progressed into Culinary, studying Professional Cookery at Northwest Regional College in Derry, Ireland which led into his Degree in Culinary Arts Management from University College Birmingham in England.
Following his studies, Ciaran spent years travelling and learning different cuisines from around the world. He based himself in Cape Cod, Massachusetts where he worked in Forbes 5-star golf and yacht clubs for years; he also worked in Australia, the Cayman Islands and luxury cruise ships, before he returned to Ireland to continue working in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
After the Pandemic, Ciaran decided to pursue his dream of becoming a Culinary Lecturer. He has taught at Hospitality Colleges in the UK, and was recently the Chef de Cuisine at Cirillo’s Academy here in Toronto. He is currently teaching in the Culinary Management program at Centennial College.

Chef Rob Rossi
SPECIALTY: NORTHERN ITALIAN & MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE
“Part of cooking is entertaining.” That’s exactly what you’ll get with Michelin star chef Rob Rossi.
Rob is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that connect people and bring them together around a table. In 2017 he closed his five-year-old critically acclaimed restaurant, Bestellen, to achieve his dreams of opening the sleek, authentic Italian eatery, Giulietta in the spring of 2018. Just months after opening, Giulietta was ranked number five in En Route Magazine’s Canada’s Best New Restaurants list.
In the fall of 2021 Rob opened up the highly anticipated Osteria Giulia in Yorkville where he serves Ligurian inspired dishes that have earned him a Michelin Star.
With over 15 years of experience in cooking and entertainment, including a fan favourite performance as the runner-up in Season 1 of Top Chef Canada and ongoing culinary adventures on TLN TV, Chef Rossi brings a star quality to your event!
His goal has always been simple: to source quality ingredients and make people happy.

Pricing
There is no one-size-fits-all Chef in the House experience. Prices vary per chef, meal & course selection, and the number of people at the table - however prices typically start around $275pp+HST for a 3 course meal for 6ppl.
